1. Fundamental Architecture: Client-Side Execution
The defining architectural feature of Calcia is that all numerical calculations (including mortgage amounts, salary figures, biometric values, and percentages) run entirely in your local web browser using client-side TypeScript. We do not transmit, store, or analyze the financial or medical figures you input into our calculators.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No personal financial data (loan amounts, interest rates, salaries).
- No personal health metrics (body weight, BMI, caloric targets).
- No behavioral ad-tracking cookies or third-party profiling trackers.
- No compulsory user account registration or email paywalls.
3. Server Logs
Like any standard web host, our static servers record non-identifiable technical request logs (HTTP status codes, browser user-agent strings, and operating system types) strictly for diagnosing routing errors, DDoS mitigation, and infrastructure maintenance.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Calcia uses standard local browser storage solely to save non-sensitive UI preferences (such as your metric vs imperial unit toggle). These preferences never leave your device.
